Lily Volper (also known as Lily Cen) is a designer with a background in Cognitive and Brain Science, holding a Bachelor of Science from Tufts University. She combines her understanding of human cognition with a passion for visual communication to create practical, effective designs.

Outside of her professional work, Lily enjoys activities like gardening, marine wildlife observation, reading, and hiking, which help inspire her design process.

In her career, Lily has worked across various roles, from brand identity and marketing materials to content creation and team leadership. She currently serves as the Product and Design Track Lead for Startup Boston, where she organizes content, recruits speakers, and helps shape the event’s direction.

Lily also works as a freelance graphic designer and consultant, designing branding and marketing materials for Blancour and providing visual communication support for Delve, where she helps create presentations for business initiatives.
